How to transfer Electronic Balance to Call Balance?




You have different ways to transfer your Electronic Balance to your Call balance, below we’ll explain them all, but it is important for you to notice that only paid accounts will be able to use any of these features, free accounts can’t make transfers.

- Using your Android App

1. Go to your Profile

2. Select the Balance Information option.

3. Select the Balance Transfer option.

4. Then select from which account do you want to transfer and the account you want to transfer to, input the amount and select transfer.

A confirmation dialog will show to confirm your transaction.
If you are using a free account you’ll receive a dialog showing that free accounts can’t make transfers.

- Login in to your account online.

1. Login to your account at:
https://www.yupicall.com/myaccount/signin.php

2. Select the Balance Transfer option.  You’ll only see this option if you have a paid account.

3. Click the Balance Transfer button.

4. Then select from which account do you want to transfer and the account you want to transfer to, input the amount and click the Make transfer button.
